How do I bid on an item? |

I clicked a link from your last marketing e-mail or similar, but the web site states, "No item with that ID was found". What does that mean? |

The item has likely been sold for listed price prior to bidding deadline or removed from the site for other reasons.

How will I know if I am the high bidder? |

The Asset Recovery Coordinator assigned to the listing will contact all bidders via email. The winning bid will receive a contract via email to review and sign prior to pickup.

How soon must I pick up the equipment? |
| A: |
All purchased equipment shall be FOB from Seller's designated location and be picked up within 10 days from receipt of contract, unless specified otherwise.

If the Buyer does not pick up the equipment within ten (10) days of the scheduled pick-up date, Seller shall consider the equipment to have been abandoned by the Buyer. Buyer shall forfeit any funds paid to Seller for the Equipment and shall be responsible for any damages suffered by the Seller due to Buyer's failure to perform. Seller reserves the right to re-sell the abandoned equipment.

Who do I contact regarding logistics of pickup? |

Target will provide that information in your contract. The contact's name and phone number will be listed. If you have any issues with contacting the site you should follow up with the Target Asset Recovery Coordinator.

When and where do I mail payments? |
| A: |
Within 10 days of signing a contract, please reference contract number on your company check. Target mailing address is noted within each contract and is as follows:

Do you offer a warranty? |

Seller is selling equipment in AS IS, WHERE IS condition and WITH ALL FAULTS. Seller makes NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including but not limited to, any IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Will the Target employees at a location from which I purchase equipment be able to assist in loading onto the buyers trucks? |

No. Target will only make equipment available at our loading dock. Loading onto trucks is the SOLE responsibility of the buyer. Utilizing Target employees for such activities can result in the buyer being removed from our approved buyer list.
